Jatin Taneja

Founder & CEO

Jatin Taneja is the Founder and CEO of TransforMentors L.L.C-FZ. A Chartered Accountant (CA) with a Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com), and credentials as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and DISA, he brings over two and a half decades of professional experience across auditing, governance, enterprise risk management, compliance, and forensic advisory. His background combines deep technical rigor with strong commercial judgment, including 15+ years of leadership and advisory experience across the GCC, with exposure spanning Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.

He has successfully established and transformed Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) functions for multi-billion-dollar diversified business conglomerates, advising boards, audit committees, investors, and senior leadership teams in complex, multi-entity, and regulated environments.

Jatin’s career includes leadership roles within large diversified groups and professional experience with globally recognized firms such as KPMG and Deloitte. His industry exposure spans automotive, retail, manufacturing, FMCG, financial services, private equity, real estate, telecommunications, and oil & gas.

He is widely recognized for designing and strengthening Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), and Corporate Governance frameworks, supporting transformation initiatives, IPO and listing readiness, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory remediation. He has also led and overseen multiple forensic reviews and sensitive investigations and possesses a strong command of global frameworks and standards.

Through TransforMentors, Jatin leads an integrated advisory model combining consulting, training, and mentoring to help organizations build resilient operating models and long-term institutional capability. He also serves as a guest lecturer and adjunct faculty member with institutions in the UAE and the UK, and actively mentors professionals and entrepreneurs.

Jatin has a strong interest in venture capital and early-stage investing and is actively involved as an angel investor, supporting startups through strategic guidance, governance discipline, and long-term value creation.

Beyond his professional commitments, Jatin values a balanced and purposeful life. He enjoys travelling, exploring diverse cultures, cycling, and curated web series, and places high importance on family time.
